4. Click on to the valid Listing link for the property the owner has shared.
- Redirect to learn more about the Live Property before its Auction

5. Value or Predict

6. Now instantly view your Valuation or Prediction Vs ALL OTHER public player Valuations and Predictions

7. Invite contacts, Agents or Facebook friends to also Value or Predict (get help with your own Prediction)

8. Create Private Challenges or grouped private challenges with multiple Facebook friends.
- As it happens in real life.. one opinion over lunch with one group of friends, then a set of different opinions the same night with a different group of friends...
- with iPredict, you get the Averages, across both groups (or even ten groups), how they change and how they differ.. where they place on a graph, who is predicting high and low? Who among your friends is always doing well? This is very very handy if your buying or selling. Plus you get to ask friends all over the world..
